AYBmart FAQ

Common questions

Need a product-specific answer? Send the page link and application details to info@AYBmart.com.

What does AYBmart sell?

AYBmart organizes industrial vacuum automation components across vacuum generation, suction cups, gripsters and end-of-arm tooling, level compensation and mounting, plus system control and protection components.

Is AYBmart a separate legal entity?

No. All Your Base INC, doing business as AYBmart, is the Wyoming, USA legal entity. The business address is 412 N Main St Suite 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834.

How do I request a quote?

Email info@AYBmart.com with the product series or page link, required configuration, quantity, and delivery destination. If the configuration is not known, include the application details instead.

Can AYBmart help select a product family?

Yes. Provide the workpiece, mass, surface, porosity, orientation, acceleration, cycle time, available pressure, environment, and any mounting or control constraints.

Are catalog specifications final purchasing specifications?

No. Catalog values support comparison and initial sizing. Confirm final dimensions, materials, performance, interfaces, and ordering codes before purchase.

Why are vacuum level and vacuum flow both important?

Vacuum level affects theoretical holding force on a sealed area. Flow controls evacuation time and the ability to maintain vacuum when the workpiece or circuit leaks.

How should suction cup size be selected?

Start with load, acceleration, orientation, working vacuum, effective cup area, friction, and a suitable safety factor. Then verify the result on the real surface and cycle.

When is a bellows cup useful?

Bellows add compliance and can accommodate height variation or curved surfaces. The added compliance also changes stability and cycle behavior, so geometry should be validated on the part.

When should a high-flow gripster be considered?

High-flow and matrix designs are useful when the active face cannot be fully sealed, including porous board, textiles, perforated material, or mixed formats with open cells.

What information is useful for a vacuum generator review?

Include target vacuum, required flow, circuit volume, leakage, evacuation time, hold duration, release method, available supply pressure, and compressed-air consumption goals.

Do filters and tubing materially affect performance?

Yes. Undersized or contaminated filters, restrictive valves, long small-bore tubing, fittings, and silencers can reduce flow and increase evacuation time.

How are lead time and availability confirmed?

Availability, configuration, commercial terms, and lead time are confirmed as part of the quote for the requested product and quantity.

Where can I download category catalogs?

The Resources page links to five focused PDF catalogs covering the complete range by category.

How do I submit a career inquiry?

Email info@AYBmart.com with the subject Career inquiry. Include your location, relevant experience, preferred contribution area, and examples of your work. Do not send sensitive identity documents initially.
