How to choose

Begin with the workpiece and cycle, then verify performance, interfaces, environment, and maintenance needs against the family data.

Start with the load

Define the workpiece mass, safety factor, cup area, and target vacuum before comparing generator size.

Separate vacuum level from flow

Sealed surfaces reward higher vacuum. Porous or leaky surfaces need more evacuation flow and often a multi-stage design.

Model the cycle

Include evacuation time, pick confirmation, transfer time, release time, and blow-off requirements.

Budget compressed air

Compare air consumption at the rated supply pressure and consider energy-saving control for long hold periods.

Mini & Compact Ejectors

Smallest footprint in the range. Mounted directly at the cup or on the tool plate, where hose volume is the limit on cycle time.

In-Line & Basic Ejectors

Bare Venturi cartridges without integrated valves. The economical choice where the machine already provides air control.

Integrated & Valve-Unit Ejectors

Ejector, supply valve, blow-off valve, silencer and often a vacuum switch in one body. One air line and one electrical connector per gripping point.

Multi-Stage Ejectors

Two or three nozzle stages in series. Substantially more flow per NL/min of air consumed than a single stage, which is what porous material handling needs.

Energy-Saving Ejectors

Air-saving control shuts the supply once the set vacuum is reached and re-opens only on decay. On airtight workpieces this cuts consumption to a fraction of continuous running.

Ejectors with Fast Blow-Off

Reverse-pulse release for short cycles. The blow-off path is sized so that the cup lets go as fast as it grips.

Conveying & Large-Flow Generators

Straight-through bodies for moving particle, powder, gas and fluid, and for gripping highly permeable material where flow, not vacuum level, decides.

Vacuum Blowers

High-flow, low-vacuum air amplification for very porous or heavily leaking loads.
